How the day goes
The permit gets filed at the Stafford Township building department on East Bay Avenue before we load a truck — that lead time is ours to manage, not yours. On install day the crew tears off early, inspects the deck (original 1950s–70s Beach Haven West capes regularly need a few sheets of plywood swapped), lays ice & water shield and synthetic underlayment, and shingles through the afternoon. On waterfront lots we tarp the water side and keep the dumpster off the bulkhead. A magnetic nail sweep and same-day haul-away close it out, and drone photos document the roof before, during, and after.
